The end of the job payment is secured on day one
Your customer makes the 10% Completion Payment before work starts, and the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman holds it in escrow until handover, so the money for the end of the job is committed before you lift a tool.
Every milestone payment is released by the consumer as you complete it and paid by Open Banking at 18:00 the next day, with nothing deducted.
